Visa Information
We provide visa support letters for ACM SOSP 2025 attendees who require them for their travel visa applications. To avoid delays, please request your letter as early as possible.
For visa support letters, please contact sosp25gc@kaist.ac.kr. Requests will be processed in the order they are received. Please include the following information in your request:
- Nationality (as shown on your passport)
- Full name (exactly as it appears on your passport)
- Passport Number
- Affiliation
- If you have a paper accepted at the conference: the paper title and whether you are the sole author, co-author, and/or presenter. If not, you will be referred to as a participant.
International students should also ensure they have the appropriate documents required to re-enter their country of study after the conference.
