Cancellation policy
Terms & Conditions/Cancellation Policy: No refunds except in the case of visa denial. If your visa is denied, you will be refunded the full registration amount less a $50 processing fee.
Emeritus Registration
We have a limited number of discounted or free registrations available for our colleagues who have retired. Please contact sosp25gc@kaist.ac.kr with a request for an emeritus registration code along with a brief (2–3 paragraph) justification (e.g., the retiree status, attendance at prior SOSP events, etc.). While we're happy to be able to support reduced or free registration for emeritus members of the SOSP community, we regret that we're unable to provide financial assistance with travel and lodging for emeritus attendees. Please allow us a few working days to process the requests.
